To me Etherealness means breaking your link with the physical world in increasing degrees, so besides the usual effects, you get:Ģnd Word: You move 50% more silently and are 30% harder to detect. Simply more duration for the second and third Word is boring. Increased duration to 10, 15, 20 seconds.
Also, I know reading over them doesn't give you the best idea of how they'll play out, but here's a good example. Most of them are minimal, but logical and important buffs to a few shouts, powers, or spells. I'm actually a big fan of Shout Tweaks and a lot of the other tweaks by the same author.
